HyperBloom is dedicated to providing high-quality physical releases and merchandise. Because we operate as an independent label with limited runs, please review our return guidelines below:
All sales for physical music (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes) are final. These items are produced in limited quantities, and we cannot accept returns unless the item is proven defective (e.g., major skips or severe warping) upon receipt. Photographic or video proof is required for defective claims.
Please contact our support team via our Bandcamp contact link before sending any items back. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed. If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
